Nafarelin

Nafarelin is a GnRH agonist given as a nasal spray; in a six-month double-blind trial in 213 women with endometriosis it reduced disease extent at laparoscopy as much as oral danazol, with hot flashes rather than the adverse lipid changes seen with danazol.
