CJC-1295 DAC — living evidence map
The Atlas page holds the claims; this is how its evidence evolved.
Summary
CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted form of human growth hormone-releasing factor (1-29) with an added maleimidopropionamide derivative of lysine at its C-terminus, designed to bind serum albumin after injection and so extend its plasma half-life. · pmid:15817669
History
In rats it was still present in plasma beyond 72 hours, and a CJC-1295-reactive species appeared on the serum albumin band within 15 minutes of injection. · pmid:15817669
In healthy adults a single subcutaneous injection raised mean growth hormone 2- to 10-fold for 6 days or more and IGF-I 1.5- to 3-fold for 9 to 11 days; its estimated half-life was 5.8 to 8.1 days. · pmid:16352683

Where the evidence actually sits
Proportion of the 2 claims about CJC-1295 DAC standing at each tier. Community volume is shown on the Consensus tab beside this and is never averaged into it.
Living evidence history
2 resolved citations, oldest to newest, coloured by tier. Retractions and contradictions land here as they are recorded.
Structure
No structure representation on record. PepJunkie draws only what an authoritative record supplies; for a peptide that is the residue sequence, and none has been curated for CJC-1295 DAC yet.
Dose evidence, rung by rung
No established safe human dose. Nothing on file establishes one. That is a statement about the evidence PepJunkie holds, not a promise about the molecule.

2 resolved citations, 0 unresolved (an unresolved citation lends nothing). Community volume is its own rung and is never averaged into the evidence rungs.
