Colivelin — living evidence map
The Atlas page holds the claims; this is how its evidence evolved.
Summary
Colivelin is a hybrid peptide made by fusing activity-dependent neurotrophic factor (ADNF) to a potent humanin derivative; it blocked neuronal death caused by Alzheimer's-related genes and amyloid-beta at 100 femtomolar in cell studies. · pmid:16267233
Mechanism
Given intranasally to mouse models of Alzheimer's disease, colivelin reached the brain through the olfactory bulb and lessened memory impairment, with increased STAT3 phosphorylation in the septohippocampal region. · pmid:17928813
Identity
PubChem CID 90477169: Colivelin, C119H206N32O35, 2645.1 g/mol. · pubchem:90477169
CAS registry number 867021-83-8. · pubchem:90477169
Where the evidence actually sits
Proportion of the 2 claims about Colivelin standing at each tier. Community volume is shown on the Consensus tab beside this and is never averaged into it.
Living evidence history
2 resolved citations, oldest to newest, coloured by tier. Retractions and contradictions land here as they are recorded.
Structure
No structure representation on record. PepJunkie draws only what an authoritative record supplies; for a peptide that is the residue sequence, and none has been curated for Colivelin yet.
Dose evidence, rung by rung
No established safe human dose. Nothing on file establishes one. That is a statement about the evidence PepJunkie holds, not a promise about the molecule.

2 resolved citations, 0 unresolved (an unresolved citation lends nothing). Community volume is its own rung and is never averaged into the evidence rungs.
