Davunetide — living evidence map
The Atlas page holds the claims; this is how its evidence evolved.
Summary
Davunetide (NAP, AL-108) is an intranasal peptide that stabilized microtubules and reduced tau phosphorylation in preclinical studies; in a 52-week phase 2/3 trial in 313 people with progressive supranuclear palsy it did not differ from placebo on either primary measure. · pmid:24873720
In a 12-week trial in 63 people with schizophrenia, davunetide did not significantly change cognition against placebo but improved a measure of functional capacity. · pmid:22169248

Where the evidence actually sits
Proportion of the 2 claims about Davunetide standing at each tier. Community volume is shown on the Consensus tab beside this and is never averaged into it.
Living evidence history
2 resolved citations, oldest to newest, coloured by tier. Retractions and contradictions land here as they are recorded.
Structure
Primary structure, N-terminus to C-terminus: 8 residues as the record states them. No 2D or 3D depiction is on record; none is guessed.
Source pubchem:9832404, fetched not recalled. Side-chain classes are the textbook classes of the standard residues.
Dose evidence, rung by rung
A studied human dose exists on file. Open the rung: the dose is the paper's, in its context, never PepJunkie's.

nothing resolved on this rung
2 resolved citations, 0 unresolved (an unresolved citation lends nothing). Community volume is its own rung and is never averaged into the evidence rungs.
