Hexarelin — living evidence map

The Atlas page holds the claims; this is how its evidence evolved.

Summary

Hexarelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hexapeptide; given intravenously to healthy volunteers it released about twice as much growth hormone as the same dose of growth hormone-releasing hormone. · pmid:8126144

Mechanism

In hypophysectomized rats it protected the heart from ischemia-reperfusion damage, an action the authors concluded is not mediated by growth hormone but likely by specific cardiac receptors. · pmid:10465272

Structure

No structure representation on record. PepJunkie draws only what an authoritative record supplies; for a peptide that is the residue sequence, and none has been curated for Hexarelin yet.

Dose evidence, rung by rung

No established safe human dose. Nothing on file establishes one. That is a statement about the evidence PepJunkie holds, not a promise about the molecule.

  1. Approved-label dose · a resolved regulatory document names a labelled dose
