Ubidecarenone (injectable CoQ10) — living evidence map
The Atlas page holds the claims; this is how its evidence evolved.
Summary
Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) is a cofactor for mitochondrial energy production and an antioxidant; in the Q-SYMBIO trial of 420 patients with moderate to severe heart failure, two years of oral coenzyme Q10 reduced major adverse cardiovascular events (15% against 26% on placebo). · pmid:25282031
A meta-analysis of six randomized trials in 302 statin-treated patients found no significant effect of coenzyme Q10 on muscle pain or creatine kinase. · pmid:25440725

Where the evidence actually sits
Proportion of the 2 claims about Ubidecarenone (injectable CoQ10) standing at each tier. Community volume is shown on the Consensus tab beside this and is never averaged into it.
Living evidence history
2 resolved citations, oldest to newest, coloured by tier. Retractions and contradictions land here as they are recorded.
Structure
No structure representation on record. PepJunkie draws only what an authoritative record supplies; for a peptide that is the residue sequence, and none has been curated for Ubidecarenone (injectable CoQ10) yet.
Dose evidence, rung by rung
A studied human dose exists on file. Open the rung: the dose is the paper's, in its context, never PepJunkie's.
