ACE-083

ACE-083 is a locally acting, follistatin-based therapeutic protein that binds myostatin and other regulators of muscle; in a first-in-human study, injections into a single leg muscle of healthy postmenopausal women increased that muscle's volume by up to 14.5% without changing mean muscle strength.
