Cetrorelix

Cetrorelix is a decapeptide GnRH (LHRH) antagonist: unlike agonists it suppresses LH and FSH at once, without an initial surge, by competitive receptor blockade; after phase III trials in IVF it became the first LHRH antagonist approved for clinical use.
