Pramlintide

Pramlintide is a synthetic analogue of human amylin; in a 52-week trial in 651 people with type 1 diabetes, mealtime pramlintide added to insulin lowered HbA1c by 0.29-0.34% more than placebo, with a small weight loss and transient nausea.
