Follistatin-315 (FST-315)

Follistatin is a monomeric glycoprotein that binds and neutralizes activin; FS315, its full-length isoform, carries an acidic C-terminal tail that the shorter FS288 lacks, the two arising from alternatively spliced messenger RNAs.
