PE-22-28

PE 22-28 is a 7-amino-acid peptide designed from the degradation products of spadin, a sortilin-derived peptide that blocks the TREK-1 potassium channel; it blocked human TREK-1 far more potently than spadin (IC50 0.12 nM against 40-60 nM).

What the evidence says

six tiers, never blended

preclinical — animal, cell or mechanistic work — not yet about people

Evidence, kept apart

The Atlas never mixes evidence types into one blob. Each claim below carries the tier it actually sits in; an unresolved citation is shown and does not move the page.
